Fire Fighting System
AFFF Total Flooding for Flammable Liquid & Aviation Hazards
Foam flooding systems deliver aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF) to suppress large-area Class B (flammable liquid) fires. They form a sealing foam blanket across the fuel surface that prevents vapour release and reignition — essential for fuel farms, refineries, and aircraft hangars.

Aqueous Film-Forming Foam blankets fuel surface and cuts off oxygen and vapour simultaneously
Low expansion for open-area flooding; high expansion for enclosed hangar or vault flooding
Precision foam proportioning via balanced pressure or bladder-pressure systems
System designed per NFPA 11 standard for Low-, Medium-, and High-Expansion Foam systems
Foam flooding is a firefighting mechanism that uses foam instead of the traditional water-based fire hydrant approach. It is commonly used in areas with flammable liquid storage, aircraft hangars, and similar high-risk occupancies.
The system creates a thick foam blanket over the material on fire, cutting off its oxygen supply and extinguishing the flames. Because the foam blanket needs to be contained over the hazard, this method is effective only in areas enclosed by a bund wall or partition.
