Sujay's mechanical ventilation system combines fire-rated pulse-jet fans, fresh-air axial fans, and fire-rated exhaust-air axial fans, controlled by an intelligent panel that senses carbon monoxide and other harmful gases — maintaining breathable air within the designated area.
Smoke extraction systems from Sujay Fire aid the safe escape of occupants and allow adequate access for firefighters. Our Mechanical Smoke Extraction System (MSES) is an alternative to natural smoke venting — in the event of a fire, mechanical smoke exhaust offers the ultimate in smoke control by removing smoke from the designated area.
There are four major areas where fireproof ducting is required: ventilation fire duct, smoke-extraction fire duct, pressurization fire duct, and commercial kitchen fire duct. Fire-rated material is used for all such ducting work so the duct maintains its integrity and continues to perform during a fire.
